Overview
For a city its size, Morgan had never needed a traffic signal. The intersection of SR-66 (300 North) and the I-84 Eastbound Ramps was a critical freeway interchange operating without one, and the community knew it was time.
We provided full PS&E (Plans, Specifications and Estimates) development for Morgan’s first-ever signalized intersection. The project started with site reconnaissance and aerial drone mapping to build accurate base conditions from the ground up. From there, we coordinated with UDOT across utilities, environmental compliance, right-of-way, and traffic and safety certifications throughout design, keeping the project on schedule through final plan approval and into pre-construction.
